ACT I Adds Charles Kim as Chief Enterprise Architect; Claudio Monticelli Quoted

Advanced Concepts and Technologies International announced on Tuesday that Charles Kim is joining the company as chief enterprise architect. Kim will provide ACT-I with both strategic and tactical services to integrate people, processes, security and technology.
