Monica Rosser, senior vice president of business development at Favor TechConsulting, has been elevated to the role of chief growth officer.
She will help expand the company’s federal government portfolio and align business development initiatives with strategic objectives in her new role, FTC said Monday.
Before FTC, Rosser led SBG Technology Solutions’ healthcare, benefits and information technology segments as vice president. She also served as manager at Deloitte’s enterprise risk services group.
“Monica’s impressive career, proven track record, industry expertise and leadership will play a critical role in driving sustained growth through new opportunities, synergistic partnerships, and strategic positioning," said Vaseal Montgomery, founder and CEO at FTC.
