Former Altamira CTO Rod Fontecilla Named Chief Innovation Officer at Dovel

Rod Fontecilla, formerly senior vice president and chief technology officer at Altamira Technologies, has been appointed chief innovation officer and chief data scientist at Dovel Technologies. He will help drive the expansion of corporate technical capabilities and lead strategic research and development efforts in his new role, Dovel said Tuesday.

Before Altamira, Fontecilla served as vice president at Unisys and spent 15 years as a principal at Booz Allen Hamilton. He also held the role of senior vice president at Sevatec and is currently an adjunct professor at American University.
