TYSONS CORNER, VA, August 27, 2019 — ECS has appointed Josh Salmanson, a former technology executive at NCI, Parsons (NYSE: PSN) and Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT), as chief architect and vice president of its business development and operations division, GovCon Wire reported Aug. 16.
ECS said Aug. 15 Salmanson’s 25 years of experience in leadership, sales and technology and skills in agile techniques, application development and systems engineering will help him as he works toward meeting the company’s technology and innovation objectives.
His background includes years at Lockheed as chief technology officer and director of solution architecture at the company’s former information systems and global solutions division and more recent work at NCI as VP of cybersecurity and emerging technology and at Parsons as CTO of converged cyber and physical security.
