Splunk and Deloitte have partnered to offer organizations with automated monitoring capacities that will help optimize security processes. In a press release published Thursday, Splunk said it will utilize the Phantom software application along with Deloitte’s Fusion Managed Services tool to equip clients with accelerated threat detection and response functions.

Phantom works to streamline processes and tools via security infrastructure orchestration and playbook automation while Fusion Managed Services is designed to proactively track unauthorized network activities.

“Our alliance with Deloitte Risk & Financial Advisory’s cyber practice and Deloitte’s Fusion Managed Services team helps customers build customized, vertical-based use cases and associated automated playbooks,” said Aziz Benmalek, vice president at Splunk’s worldwide partners group.
