Science Applications International Corp. has landed a potential five-year, $72.3M contract to perform a broad range of support services for the U.S. Marine Corps Cyberspace Command.
Scope of contract work will include the provision of cyber operational analysis, planning, intelligence, computer network defense, technology procurement and incident response support services for cyber protection teams across the globe, SAIC said Wednesday.
Jim Scanlon, executive vice president and general manager at SAIC’s defense systems group, said the firm takes pride in supporting the Marine Corps’ cyberspace operations. Contract work has a base period of 12 months and work may extend to four additional years if all options are exercised.
