Northrop Grumman’s aerospace systems business has received a $68.8M modification with the U.S. Navy to provide engineering services for E-2D Advanced Hawkeye aircraft.
The modification covers work to help the Navy deliver 24 full-rate E-2D Advanced Hawkeye units, the Department of Defense said Thursday.
Work will take place in California, Florida, New York and other locations within continental U.S., as well as Italy and France, through January 2023.
Fiscal 2018 through 2019 aircraft procurement and foreign military sales Navy funds will be used to finance work.
The service branch awarded the modification against an existing, potential $99.7M contract for Advanced Hawkeye support services and parts.
