CDM Federal Programs Corp. has won a potential five-year, $49M contract to help the U.S. Navy facilitate public works and environmental remediation programs within the Naval Facilities Engineering Command Atlantic’s area of responsibility.
NAVFAC received four bids for the contract through an online solicitation process and will obligate $10,000 in fiscal 2019 Navy operations and maintenance funds on the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity award, the Department of Defense said Tuesday.
The contractor will provide business line support for a range of operations including power generation, wastewater treatment, utility regulation and other energy and water conservation activities. Other services include strategy development, utility management, operations and maintenance, financial analysis and cybersecurity support.
The Pentagon expects contract work to conclude by August 2024. Based in Fairfax, Va., CDM Federal offers engineering, construction, operational support and environmental consulting services.
