Flatter has won a potential five-year, $39.5M contract for professional support services to the U.S. Air Force’s senior leadership development program.

The service-disabled veteran-owned company will help the service branch facilitate, sustain, update and further develop AFSLDP, as well as provide subject matter expertise, guidance and analysis support for training, the Department of Defense said Monday.

The military branch received six offers for the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract and obligated $136,000 at the time of award. Work will take place in the National Capital Region through Aug. 16, 2024.

Fredericksburg, Va.-based Flatter offers records management, financial planning, business process improvement, engineering, consulting and equity and asset management services to the public sector.
