DLT Solutions will help the Department of Labor procure Red Hat-made enterprise software platforms under a potential three-year, $18.4M blanket purchase agreement.
DOL components can use the contracting vehicle to buy Red Hat's Enterprise Linux, Visualization, OpenShift and other products designed to support information technology operations, DLT said Thursday.
The BPA has a one-year base period that commenced July 1 and two option years.
Danny Climo, vice president of enterprise platforms at DLT, said the department can access open-source platforms to perform IT automation, integration, security and management functions.
Red Hat selected DLT as the recipient of its public sector and training partner in the North American market for 2018.
