Crowley Maritime has promoted leaders within its solutions group to support growth efforts and expand the delivery of government services to public sector customers. The company said Monday Chris Goss, a director at Crowley, has been promoted to VP of business development to oversee expeditionary logistics, contract capture and proposals.
Patrick Wallace will be responsible for the Defense Freight Transportation Services contract, supply chain and logistics activities as VP of supply chain. Sean Thomas will continue to serve as VP and lead a program to deliver energy platforms to government clients worldwide. Smijith Kunhiraman will oversee technology-related activities as director of technology solutions.
Goss, Wallace, Thomas and Kunhiraman will all report to Shiju Zacharia, senior VP and general manager of Crowley’s solutions group, which provides freight transportation and management services for public sector customers in North America. Rob Clapp and Mike Golonka will continue to serve as VPs within the solutions group with oversight of finance and government maritime platforms, respectively.
