Veteran-owned recruitment marketing firm Viqtory has included Constellis in its list of Military Friendly Employers for 2020. Constellis has met new hire retention, applicant, employee turnover and advancement standards for military and veteran employees to receive the recognition, the company said Monday.
“Veterans make important contributions to Constellis through shared values and a passion for safeguarding people and infrastructure,†said Jean Weightman, senior director of recruiting at Constellis.
An advisory team helped Viqtory validate Constellis’ final ratings based on public data sources and responses from Military Friendly surveys. Based in Reston, Va., Constellis provides training, security, logistics, risk management, crisis response and humanitarian services to commercial and government clients worldwide.
