TYSONS CORNER, VA, July 11, 2019 — Vectrus (NYSE: VEC) has acquired Advantor Systems, an electronic security solutions company whose products are utilized at 2K sites by clients around the world, through a $44M transaction with Infrasafe and McCarthy Capital, GovCon Wire reported Monday.
Vectrus said Monday the acquisition of Advantor, a command, control and communications provider to the U.S. Forces Korea as well as a supplier of security services in support of Japan’s F-35 program, will bring new opportunities to Vectrus with the added access to an international client base.
