Northrop Grumman exhibited a line of intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance aircraft at a three-day aerospace industry event in the U.K.

It showcased the Firebird product series at the Royal International Air Tattoo that took place from Friday to Sunday, the company said Wednesday. The exhibit marks the product line’s debut in Europe.

Firebird comes in three different configurations: manned, optionally piloted and autonomous. The new ISR aircraft works to perform medium altitude, long endurance flights for a variety of ISR missions, and features onboard storage, processing functions and wideband data links to leverage mission data.

“Having flown over two dozen sensors on Firebird’s proven architecture, we are ready to offer Firebird to a wide range of nations, U.S. government and civilian agencies and businesses with critical data collection needs,” said Brian Chappel, vice president for autonomous systems at Northrop Grumman.

U.S. firms Tenax Aerospace and Grand Sky Development Company have signed with Northrop to purchase Firebird.
