Leidos has won a potential five-year, $66.7M contract to develop and demonstrate new sensor concepts and sensor systems for the U.S. Air Force.
The sensors will be used across multiple domains in support of the service’s battlespace awareness and command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance missions, the Department of Defense said Tuesday.
The service received two offers for the cost-plus-fixed-fee contract and work will occur through June 12, 2024 in Reston, Va.
Air Force Materiel Command will obligate $546K in research, development, test and evaluation funds for fiscal 2019 at the time of award.
