Kingfisher Systems announced on Monday that Herman Hewitt Jr. has joined Kingfisher Systems as senior vice president of business development to lead the company’s growth strategy. 

Previously, Hewitt served as the senior vice president of Business Development at MetroStar Systems for 11 years. His experience includes supporting government mission Information Technology (IT), cyber, and intelligence solutions, as well as executing strategic growth in the Federal and Defense markets, and other federal civilian agencies. 

Hewitt has held positions responsible for Profit and Loss (P&L) and customer facing operations and applied extensive expertise along ascending levels of business units including executive, department, division, section, and project management for a broad range of Government and commercial customers.
