The FBI has posted a request for information on software applications designed to help users create information technology architecture models and map a portfolio of IT projects.
A FedBizOpps notice posted Tuesday says the FBI is looking for an architecture modeling tool for architects, analysts and systems engineers to manage aseline, target and reference architectures.
The bureau also seeks a portfolio management tool that can facilitate attribute mapping, budget execution, program tracking, worlflow, management and collaborative tasks for financial analysts, project and program managers.
Both platforms should also support license management, customization and cloud computing functions. While the FBI plans to negotiate agreements with vendors that have tendered software applications that may support its needs, the agency is open to assess proposals from other vendors. Responses to the RFI notice are due Sept. 20.
