C&C Power Solutions has won a $65 million contract for power equipment procurement, renovation, repair and other services at Naval Facilities Engineering Command Engineering and Expeditionary Warfare Center’s mobile utilities support equipment needs.
Work under the entire contract will take place in Port Hueneme, Calif., through July 2025, with initial task order work due July 2020, the Department of Defense said Friday.
Fiscal 2019 other procurement funds from the U.S. Navy will be used to finance the work. The contract’s initial task order, valued at $2.5 million, will provide for a package of four 900-kilowatt generators.
EXWC launched a competition for the contract and received five proposals.
