Noblis has ranked 12th on The Washington Post's list of the best places to work in Washington, D.C., and has been named by the publication as top professional services provider.
The nonprofit company said Thursday it moved up five spots from its ranking last year and that 2019 marks its sixth year of placement in the list.
"We believe in putting our employees first," said Jean Cain, vice president and chief human resources officer of Noblis.
"This was especially evident during the government shutdown, when we adjusted our business strategy to ensure that employees were paid during that tumultuous time. We constantly strive to maintain an exceptional workplace culture focused on the continued growth and development of our people."
The Ethisphere Institute also recognized the Reston, Va.-based company as one of the world's most ethical companies.
