Multi-MAC joint venture won a potential five-year, $50M contract to provide architect-engineer services that will help U.S. Navy, Marine Corps, Department of Defense and federal entities satisfy environmental requirements.
The joint venture will help ensure that facilities within the Naval Facilities Engineering Command Atlantic's area of responsibility comply with air emission standards, greenhouse gas regulations and other environmental policies such as the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act as part of the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity award, DoD said Thursday.
Three offers were received by the Navy for the firm-fixed-price contract through a competitive online process, and the military service and will obligate $10K in fiscal 2019 operations and maintenance funds at the time of award.
The Pentagon expects the contractor to perform 45 percent of work in California and the rest in various U.S. and international locations through June 2024.
