Mitre has landed the 45th spot on Computerworld’s list of best places to work in information technology in the U.S.
In order to retain its IT staff and establish a workplace that will allow employees to pursue their career objectives, the company offers tuition reimbursement and helps with college loan repayment, Mitre said Monday.
Mitre also noted that it is the 11th time and the second consecutive year the firm has been added to the list.
Computerworld ranked the awardees through an employee survey and comprehensive questionnaire that assesses a firm’s training, benefits, retention and career development opportunities.
“Our 2019 survey shows again that the Best Places to Work in IT are dynamic organizations that provide top pay and a broad array of programs and benefits designed to make them attractive places to work,†said Ken Mingis, executive editor at Computerworld.
