Adam Ginsburg, former director of sales for Department of Defense enterprise services at Microsoft, has joined Fulton, Md.-based software vendor cloudtamer.io as vice president of global sales.
He will oversee sales operations, the development and implementation of growth strategies and partner network engagement initiatives in his new role, cloudtamer.io said Wednesday.
Ginsburg spent six years at Microsoft and was responsible for enterprise services sales, personnel and operations for DoD clients that include the Air Force and joint agencies.
He previously led federal programs and managed Army sales at Amazon Web Services. His industry career also includes leadership in federal and DoD accounts at Softricity, VMware and Citrix Systems.Â
Fulton, Md.-based cloudtamer.io offers software products designed to help government and commercial customers automate, operate and manage operations in the cloud.
