Growson Edwards Named President, COO of Emagine IT

Growson Edwards, a nearly 17-year veteran of business process management company MicroPact, has been appointed president and chief operating officer at Fairfax, Va.-based management consultancy Emagine IT, G2Xchange ETC reported Thursday. 

He brings more than two decades of industry experience that includes leading programs and sales for private and public sector customers at MicroPact. 

Edwards previously served as chief customer officer at the software vendor and oversaw go-to-market efforts as well as the development of corporate and customer strategy. Before that, he spent nearly 13 years as senior vice president for business development there.

Earlier in his career, he worked as operations and sales executive at communications firm Net2000.
