Guidehouse announced on Friday that Dana Linnet, formerly of Lockheed Martin, has joined the company as the lead Client Relationship Executive (CRE) for the International Development and Diplomacy sector on the firm’s Executive Leadership team.

Linnet has been part of the international security policy community for 20 years. Most recently, Linnet served as the senior manager of Government Affairs for Lockheed Martin Corp. between June 2015 and May 2019. She worked closely with the DoD, State Department, Commerce and other agencies advancing some of the largest US arms export deals to Asia and the Middle East.
Prior to Linnet’s tenure with Lockheed Martin, she was a career foreign service officer for the U.S. Department of State between 2000 and 2015 while also serving as a deputy director from Aug. 2012 to June 2015.
She also served as a principal officer for the U.S. Consulate General Edinburgh for three years, and was the CEO of ICON – International Consultants in Boston, MA between 1998 and 2000. Linnet graduated from the University of California, Santa Cruz with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science and earned a Master of Arts Degree in Political Science from the University of Copenhagen.
