CGI Receives Global Transformation Partner Status from Scaled Agile

CGI has been designated as Scaled Agile’s first Global Transformation Partner, an honor given to companies with the capability to provide transformative agile services across the globe.

Using the Scaled Agile Framework suite, CGI assisted a retailer firm in the integration of a customer engagement tool in 20 weeks instead of the predicted two years, CGI said Thursday.

The company also said that its retailer client produced 3.9M connections with customers in seven months through the use of the platform.

“These agile approaches further enable end-to-end consulting, and align our clients’ business and technology leaders for more powerful outcomes,” said Dave Henderson, president of U.S. commercial and state government operations at CGI.

Scaled Agile established the Global Transformation Partner certification with the help of CGI and other organizations to determine potential partners.

Founded in 2010, Scaled Agile is an information technology firm that offers Agile enterprise capabilities and certification programs for SAFe users.
