BlueDelta Capital Partners Founder Mark Frantz Appointed to ASGN Board

Mark Frantz, co-founder of BlueDelta Capital Partners, has been appointed to the board of directors at ASGN – the parent company of ECS Federal – as an independent member.

He will serve on the board's nominating and corporate governance committee, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Frantz, who has served as a board adviser at ASGN since June 2018, was a partner at RedShift Ventures and In-Q-Tel and a principal for Carlyle Venture Partners. 

He also served on the board of directors at CSRA for three years and is a director at the Northern Virginia Technology Council and the Virginia Tech President’s Leadership Council.
