The U.S. Air Force is looking for information on potential sources of technologies that can support the service’s defensive cyber operations for space activities.
According to a FedBizOpps notice posted Friday, the Air Force intends to develop a long-term plan for coordinating enterprise ground services and satellite operations in order to “establish enterprise-wide situational awareness in the cyberspace domain resulting in effective, prioritized DCO-S.â€
A “multipronged approach†will be implemented to managing EGS command and control and cybersecurity operations that will cover focus areas such as DevSecOps, rapid response to a cyber event and DCO-S fielding services.
The effort will support the Air Force Space Command’s C2 and threat intelligence integration activities as well as the Space and Missile Systems Center’s deployment of enterprise-level DCO capabilities.
Interested parties may submit responses to the request for information through July 10.
