Whitney, Bradley & Brown has been selected by the analytics firm Great Place to Work and Fortune magazine as one of this year's list of the best places to work in consulting and professional services.
The ranking was based on a survey of more than 339K employees from Great Place to Work-certified companies, WBB said Wednesday.
“Having highly-engaged employees has proven to have many benefits for individuals, the company they work for as well as customers and clients they support," said Beth Skoletsky, vice president of human resources at WBB.
Skoletsky added the company employs workers who are "committed to going the extra mile and providing innovative ideas."
Great Place to Work assessed over 60 elements of job experience by team members in the areas of workplace decision fairness, leadership trust and camaraderie.
