Research company NelsonHall has named Unisys as a leader in the digital workplace services market for the second straight year through a vendor evaluation report.
Unisys said Tuesday its intellectual property investments, InteliServe platform and security measures were cited in the "NelsonHall Evaluation & Assessment Tool Vendor Evaluation for Advanced Digital Workplace Services" report.
InteliServe includes artificial intelligence, analytics, identity authentication and automation support.
The report also mentioned Unisys' client base across various industry verticals, field service approaches, digital tech cafes and footprint in the public sector as other factors for the recognition.
NelsonHall ranked 14 key service providers based on interviews of their clients and criteria such as vendors' ability to help address customer requirements.
