Six firms have received one-year contract modifications worth $49.5M combined to continue to perform construction work for the U.S. Navy.

Naval Facilities Engineering Command exercised the first option under a previously awarded firm-fixed-price contract, bringing the total contract value to $99M, the Department of Defense said Thursday.

Work will occur through May 29, 2020 at administrative facilities within NAVFAC's Washington, D.C., area of operations.

The awardees are:

  • Huang-Gaghan joint venture
  • Kunj Construction
  • Ocean Construction Services
