Brad Brubaker, a more than 25-year veteran of software provider SAP, has been named chief legal officer and general counsel of robotic process automation company UiPath.

He will lead UIPath's legal functions and provide strategic advice on its efforts to drive the implementation of automated technology across the public and private sectors, UiPath said Monday.
