Raytheon has received a five-year, $38.2M contract to help the U.S. Army refine and maintain tube-launched, optically-tracked, wireless-guided missile systems.
Contract work will involve configuration management, fielding, repair and logistical support services, the Department of Defense said Tuesday.
Army Contracting Command received one bid for the TOW missile engineering contract and will provide funds and performance locations per order.
The system includes a launcher designed to automatically guide a missile toward its target point through a one-way radio frequency link.
