Northrop Grumman has received a $46.8M contract modification from the Missile Defense Agency to provide upgrade kits for the Intercontinental Ballistic Missile target capability.
The company’s innovation systems sector will also provide associated non-recurring engineering services under the modification, which increases the potential value of a previously awarded contract to $1.25B, the Department of Defense said Thursday.
MDA obligated $12.7M in fiscal 2019Â research, development, test and evaluation funds at the time of award.
Work will occur in Chandler, Ariz., through December 2023.
