Four small businesses have won spots on a potential five-year, $40.4M contract to support U.S. security assistance and security cooperation programs in various overseas locations.
Contractors will compete for task orders to provide communications security accounting and special inventory management services through the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract, the Department of Defense said Thursday.
The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command received seven offers for the IDIQ via a competitive bidding process on the SPAWAR e-Commerce Central and FedBizOpps websites.
SPAWAR will obligate at least $5K in foreign military sales funds to each awardee at the time of award.
The awardees are:

- Indus Technology
- North American Consulting Services
