MicroPact has introduced a data management tool that uses a software-as-a-service framework to process harassment cases for federal government agencies.
The ETK Anti-Harassment platform is based on MicroPact’s entellitrak application development tool and simplifies procedures for complaint submission, investigation and case results issuance, MicroPact said Thursday.
The tool features an online portal for users to anonymously submit complaints and is designed to assist agency officials in identifying problem areas and managing appeals and reconsiderations.
“ETK Anti-Harassment helps agencies process claims efficiently, protects the identity of complainants, and creates reports that put a spotlight on areas that might be causing problems,†said Kris Collo, president of MicroPact.
The SaaS platform enables agencies to comply with EEOC Management Directive 715, which mandates federal entities to establish a system for harassment case investigation, procedures for reporting such cases and methods for keeping complainant identities anonymous and confidential.
MicroPact’s other offerings based on the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program-certified entellitrak tool include platforms for dispute resolution, employee relations and civil rights.
