Mark Kula, a former vice president at Raytheon's space and airborne systems business, has joined counter-drone technology developer WhiteFox as president.
He brings three decades of aerospace and defense industry experience to his new position and will be responsible for WhiteFox's general business operations, growth efforts and manufacturing processes, WhiteFox said Tuesday.
Kula most recently served as general manager of Asia Pacific business at Moog Aircraft and previously served as VP of strategic pursuits and tactical airbone systems at Raytheon. He also held positions at Harris and Northrop Grumman.
WhiteFox noted Kula has an extensive background in projects to build and test systems for land, sea, air and cyber applications.
The company develops products to identify, detect and mitigate drone threats in sensitive airspace.
