LMI won a spot on a potential five-year, $49M contract from the Department of Health and Human Services to provide intelligent automation and artificial intelligence platforms to the federal government.
The indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract serves as a means for HHS and other agencies to procure AI-based technology and support services to manage operations, LMI said Tuesday.Â
Brant Horio, director of LMI’s Data Science sub-service line, said the company plans to apply its best practices to help government customers build, integrate and deploy AI and machine learning systems.
“We look forward to expanding our presence within HHS as we support the department’s vision to modernize the federal government,†said Pat Tamburrino Jr., vice president for health and civilian agency markets at LMI.
