HawkEye 360 will provide a radio frequency dataset to analytics firm Windward to help law enforcement groups, financial organizations and maritime insurers enhance their maritime domain awareness.

It offers geolocation data that will work with Windward's platform to enable clients to track the location of vessels that have traveled beyond communication range, HawkEye 360 said Wednesday.

"We are excited to work with Windward to develop the next generation of time critical maritime domain awareness services," said John Serafini, CEO at HawkEye 360.
