The General Services Administration will host an industry day on May 29 to discuss a possible contracting vehicle for the engineering, integration and sustainment of data transport infrastructure systems for the Department of Defense and U.S. Special Operations Command.
GSA said in a document posted Friday on FedBizOpps the government plans to procure enterprise support services for the Joint AISR system through a multiple-award indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract with an ordering period of up to five years.
The required infrastructure would help strategic, operational and tactical users transmit information from manned or unmanned sensors to other assets.
The industry day will take place at Pinewood Mission Support Campus in Tampa, Fla., and highlight project requirements as well as seek industry feedback on the upcoming IDIQ contract.
Interested parties can register for the event until May 15.Â
