The General Services Administration issued Monday an on-ramp solicitation for pools 1, 3 and 4 of the One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services – Small Business contract vehicle.
GSA said Monday the consolidated solicitation for the OASIS SB contract’s three pools seeks to “create an easier and more efficient on-ramp opportunity for industry and fill the pools based on need as quickly as possible.â€
The agency also released a separate on-ramp 8(a) solicitation to create subpools under OASIS SB pools 1, 2, 3, 4, 5B and 6 and award competitive and sole-source set-aside task orders.
GSA partnered with the Small Business Administration to create a strategy for the OASIS 8(a) subpools solicitation and intends to add up to 82 8(a) firms to the program.
“It is expected that companies independently awarded SB Pools 1, 3, and 4 — who are also 8(a) program certified and whose [contractor team arrangements] include only 8(a) participants — could automatically qualify for these sub-pools,†according to GSA.
GSA will hold a virtual industry day May 7 to respond to questions related to both solicitations and will accept proposals through June 20.
OASIS SB is a tier 3, best-in-class contract designed to meet federal agencies’ needs for professional services.
