General Dynamics Awarded DISA Mobile Satellite Service, Voice Equipment IDIQ

General Dynamics’ mission systems business will provide mobile satellite services and voice communications platforms to the Defense Information System Agency under a $32.6M contract.

DISA awarded the firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract through a sole-source acquisition in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, the Department of Defense said Tuesday.

The IDIQ has a 12-month base period that runs through May 13, 2020, followed by four 12-month options.

The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization at Scott Air Force Base in Illinois is the contracting activity.
