FireEye has received a subcontract from Perspecta to support the U.S. Army Cyber Command's operations and global mission as part of a potential five-year, $905M task order.
As a subcontractor, FireEye will deliver professional services in the cyber threat intelligence, defense, incident response and training areas, the company said Wednesday.
"We are honored to be chosen to work alongside Perspecta on this ARCYBER program in pursuit of its mission to keep our nation and those who protect us, safe," said Ron Bushar, chief technology officer and vice president of government solutions at FireEye.
"Being selected for this operation serves as further testament to the level of intelligence and quality of our experts around the world,†Bushar added.
The Milpitas, Calif.-based security company will also help ARCYBER implement methods to address incident and network threats.
