The Department of Defense has placed Forcepoint’s Next Generation Firewall on the DoD Information Network Approved Products List following the completion of testing and requirements for security certification.
Jill Bradshaw, a senior product marketing manager at Forcepoint’s global government and critical infrastructure team, wrote in a blog post published Tuesday the certification allows agencies to deploy Forcepoint NGFW to update and protect DoD networks from threats.
The Forcepoint NGFW platform offers direct-to-cloud connectivity and is designed to reduce security risks in the cloud and on premises, streamline compliance, reduce costs and increase productivity.
