A joint venture of Dewberry and Jacobs Engineering Group will provide on-call design services for federally funded infrastructure improvement projects across five boroughs of New York City under a three-year, $30M contract.
Dewberry said it seeks to fulfill preliminary and final design and professional services task orders for Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, Staten Island and the Bronx.
The company will perform services for the NYC Department of Design and Construction’s infrastructure division to increase the safety and environmental durability of plazas, streets, roadways, water management systems and other structures.
Work may also include support for various projects of the Federal Emergency Management Agency and the Federal Highway Administration.
