Dennis Groh, former assistant commissioner at the General Services Administration, has joined Granite Telecommunications to serve as executive director of customer excellence.
He intends to build new corporate partnerships and spearhead business growth efforts in his new role, the company said Thursday.
Groh, who brings over 35 years of work experience to Granite, managed $1B worth of federal telecommunications programs in his latest GSA position. The former government executive also served as director of the Defense Information Systems Agency’s Acquisition Management Office.
He also helped Engineering Services Network pursue projects with the U.S. Army, the U.S. Air Force and the Department of Veterans Affairs as vice president and chief marketing officer, his most recent private sector role.
Groh’s appointment coincides with Granite’s win of a spot on GSA’s Enterprise Infrastructure Solutions contract.
