Deloitte, ServiceNow Partner to Market New Cloud Offerings; Janet Foutty Quoted

Deloitte and ServiceNow have signed a partnership agreement for the development and marketing of new products based on the latter's Now Platform for cloud-based digital transformation and workflow optimization.

Both companies unveiled their alliance during ServiceNow's Knowledge 2019 event in Las Vegas as part of efforts to help public and private sector clients to transform operations, Deloitte said Monday.

"This collaboration will pair Deloitte's business process transformation, organizational change management and technology implementation expertise with ServiceNow's platform to create new enterprise solutions that help drive every part of our clients' digital transformation efforts,” said Janet Foutty, chair and CEO of Deloitte's consulting practice.

Deloitte will also serve as the lead launch partner for ServiceNow's Finance Operations Management suite. The two companies previously worked on the creation of voice-enabled DeloitteASSIST healthcare communications platform.
