TYSONS CORNER, VA, May 21, 2019 — CACI International (NYSE: CACI) hired Michael Shields, a former director of the Joint Improvised-Threat Defeat Organization, to serve as senior vice president of advanced technology for mission adoption, GovCon Wire reported May 9.
