Blue Prism and Project Hosts have partnered to offer government agencies a digital workforce technology designed to automate transactions in a cloud computing environment.

Federal customers can procure the offering as a cloud service on Microsoft's Azure and access the robotic process automation software connected-RPA through the General Services Administration's IT Schedule 70 procurement vehicle, Blue Prism said Wednesday.

The digital workforce product is deployed on Project Hosts' Federal Private Cloud, a platform as a service certified under the  Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program.

Laurie Cook, vice president of public sector sales and alliances at Blue Prism, said the company supports the Cloud First initiative and FedRAMP program of the government and seeks to help agencies manage mission outcomes, citizen services delivery and job satisfaction of agency employees.
