Zappix, a Burlington, Mass.-based mobile on-demand technology provider, has released a visual self-service tool that works to help agencies respond to customer queries.
The Citizen Engagement Platform is designed to provide automated replies to callers through the use of a robotic process automation tool and autonomous visual menus, the company said Wednesday.
The company intends to use the interactive voice response system to deliver mobile collaboration tools to citizens and boost their call experience.
In addition, the firm noted that the platform will lower average call handle metrics, automate repetitive processes and mitigate drain on agency resources.
“The Zappix Citizen Engagement Platform streamlines the submission and processing of common forms with the digital collaboration that citizens have come to expect in their modern lives,†said Yossi Abraham, president at Zappix.
