ViON has received a seven-year contract from Utah to provide state agencies access to the company’s public cloud products and value-added services in support of their hybrid data centers.Â
The company said Thursday the National Association of State Procurement Officials Cloud Solutions Agreement will run through Sept. 15, 2026.
ViON’s cloud platforms comply with the National Institute of Standards and Technology’s Special Publication 800-145 and work to help clients speed up migration to the cloud, manage private and public cloud resources and get unrestricted access to managed and professional services.
“ViON recognizes that successful cloud implementation begins with an understanding of the customer’s environment – bringing together application requirements, customer requirements and mission success criteria to achieve optimal results,†said Tom Frana, company chairman and CEO.
He added the NASPO ValuePoint cloud contract allows the firm to deliver services to all agencies in 50 states and the District of Columbia as well as support the states’ multicloud strategy development efforts.
